Death Dream Mean
Conscious dreaming or 'Active Dreaming' as dream-work specialist Robert Moss calls it, involves re-entering a dream during a wakeful state in order to reveal its hidden meaning.
Dreams often include bizarre images and a sequence of events that appear unrelated upon waking. These drift out of awareness as soon as a person's feet hit the floor to head to the bathroom. But if a person can remember an image or scene from their nightly vision, they can travel back into it to explore it further. Revealing the hidden meaning of dreams enables people to:
- Make healthier life choices;
- Face fears and discover strengths;
- Enhance self-awareness; and
- Discover other dimensions and realities.
In his book, Dreamgates, Robert Moss describes a process for re-entering dreams where a person uses breathing or sounds while focusing on a remembered dream image. According to Moss, this method allows the individual to merge back into the dream and discover its purpose. From there, people can use the information to enhance their life.
